When plotting from Annotation, if you can't or don't want to use the pre-configured Print Standards as described in another Tip, you may need to set the pen transformation to select an LBL standard pen mapping B&W Norm, B&W Fine or Color.  Use B&W Norm if you are plotting to a B&W printer but are getting grayscale lines.

 

Select the Pen Transformation button in the Plot menu followed by the "Name" button in the Pen Transformation menu to access these pre-defined pen transformations.
