Installation
================
Currently, no installation program is provided to install Witched. You have
probably downloaded a ZIP file containing the Witched executable, this 
readme.txt file and some other files. All these files and sub-directories need 
to be extracted into a single directory but including the sub-directories. 
This can be done by providing the -d switch on the command line using pkunzip.  
If you are using WinZip, check the 'Use folder names' check box.

All further installation and customization can be done using the 
'Tools\Program Options' menu. This will pop up a dialog box containing 
different tabs. The 'Installation' tab will let you further customize the 
installation.


Freeware
================
Witched is freeware mainly because I don't always have the time to maintain it. 
I would not feel right charging users for a piece of software that I was not 
sure I could support on a steady, continual basis.  


Legal Stuff
================
This software is distributed as freeware, meaning you can use and
distribute it as you wish, provided that you do not charge anything
for doing so. You are not allowed to distribute this program as part
of a commercial product (including cover disks for magazines, 
etc.), without a prior written permisson by Wim Wouters.

This product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The
entire risk, as to the results and performance of the program is assumed
by you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the entire cost
of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. The author will not be
liable for any damages, including but not limited to system damage,

incidental, consequential, or special damages of any nature whatsoever
resulting from the use or inability to use this product.
