Golden TEX Bo Anderssen

'Meeting Our Tex,' got written right after we met the little guy in Aptos at the Vissel's.  He's been in our hearts ever since.

Here are some pictures from that very first time...

Tex was only just 5-1/2 weeks old.  We had to wait until he was 8 weeks old,  so another two weeks at least, but we visited him again at the Vissel's.  How could we not?!!
We had a few hectic days in that last week--Tex has a small umbilical hernia which was noticed right after our second visit.  So we got a call thursday morning asking if we could stand to wait another few days until their Vet could see him...  We were dejected, but we wanted what was best for Tex, so we agreed...  BUT, later that day around 3 we got a call back saying that there was a *big* storm coming in, and after some talking the Vissel's thought we could pick Tex up so he wouldn't have to sleep through the storm.  We  went from having to wait to getting to pick up Tex EARLY!!!  We rushed out to Aptos, and got there just after 9.  We have no pictures from then, as we were so rushed (and it was dark....)

But These are the first pictures of Tex exploring his new home:

Tex started getting big quickly!  We didn't really notice until we got our first set or pictures back after a month or so, and were reminded of how tiny the little guy was.  Here are some of those pictures--wait till you see how big he gets in the next set!

Look How BIG!:

Tex likes getting blowdried, really...  He likes to bite at the air, but all the pics show teeth flying around!
