Retrieving
PDF Documents from WorkManager.
The following is the procedure for getting a copy of a PDF document out of WorkManager and storing it on you local hard disk.
1) Start WorkManager and log in.
2) Locate the PDF document. If you know the print number enter it in the Print No: field.
3) Select find
4) The query results are displayed.
5) Click on “PDF_DOC”, this will fill out the document editor with the PDF information.
6) Click on “Export”
The Export window will appear. You can change the destination location for the file if you wish. If you leave the default location the file will be stored on your C: drive in Documents and Settings/your user name/Local Settings/Temp.
7) Click on Okay.
