Project Name: leave blank - used for projects and rolls when implemented

SERIES: 25M (for example)

CATEGORY1: as appropriate, if not in list create category first (see admin documentation on creating categories codes)

DESCRIPTION: ALS FIRST WM DWG SERIES (James 7/14/2000) for example

LAST_NUMBER: -1 typically (the number after this number will be the first number allocated)

SERIES_ORDER: 1 typically (this number specifies the order of the series with in a particular category. For example in the AL category use 26A first, then 26B, then 26C.
