In order, to move multiple text items the same amount, within Annotation, or to move them in a horizontal or vertical direction, the MOVE TEXT command CANNOT be used. Instead, go to the EDIT menu along the top left of the screen, and select the MOVE ELEMENTS command. This command provides the other move options and lets you choose more than one item at a time. It also works on other things besides text.
