To use the source point generator:

1. Download the two files alsbsp_pc.exe and cygwin1.dll
2. Store them together someplace, a folder or the desktop is fine
3. Open a command line using Run... from the Start menu, type cmd 
4. Navigate to where you stored the files, e.g. cd C:/Users/loginname/Desktop
5. type alsbsp_pc.exe  and follow the instructions
